FC-R30S Polymer high-temperature retarder
Retarder helps extend the thickening time of cement slurry in order to keep it pumpable, which, therefore, ensures sufficient pumping time for a safe cementing project.
• FC-R30S is a type of polymer high-temperature retarder.
• FC-R30S can effectively extend the thickening time of cement slurry, with strong regularity, and has no impact on other properties of cement slurry.
• FC-R30S develops rapidly on the strength of set cement, and does not exceed the retarding of the top of isolation interval.
• FC-R30S is applicable to slurry preparation of fresh water, salt water and sea water.
FC-R30S decreases the rate of cement hydration, acting in a manner opposite to that of accelerators. They are used at High Temperatures to allow time for mixing and placement of the Cement Slurry.
